Contract Agreement

REAL ESTATE LISTING WEBSITE CONTRACT:

Client shall pay Consultant $150.00 for the development of a one-page real estate listing website. Payment is due at request of job. $150 includes domain registration and 6 months of hosting. If you would like to extend the length of hosting past 6 months Consultant needs to be given 10 days notice. Each additional month of hosting is $5.00.

Website will be created and online within 48 hours of work request acknowledgment.

The Client should be aware that failure to submit required information or material may cause subsequent delays in the production. Client delays could result in significant delays in delivery of finished work.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE:

Copyright is the Consultant’s name. The Consultant will not use the name of Client, in any advertising or publicity without the prior written approval from the Client.
